Things you will need to register for Travel:

EPYSA Participant Form

EPYSA Medical Release Form

Ridley United Registration Form

A copy of your birth certificate

A 1"x1" photo for the player pass

The cost for Travel registration is $100 plus the $25/family fundraiser.
If you have a sibling in either Travel or the Intramural Program, the $25 applies to the whole family.
You also need to purchase the Travel team uniform.

Team meetings will be held to collect all materials and to determine uniform sizes.
