U8 Intramural Clinic Ridley United Soccer has implemented a development clinic for its U8 intramural players. The season opens with a clinic schedule that has players and coaches being trained by instructors who have high level coaching and playing experience. The clinics will be structured to benefit coaches as well as players, introducing drills that players can do on their own and coaches can use at their own practices. Our goal is to teach the kids the game of soccer in a fun, positive, and structured setting. As in the past, teams will be formed and games will be played. The new format will wrap up with a U8 intramural tournament in November. We are confident this program will develop our young club members into future high-level players while giving them a better understanding of the game of soccer.
